Thanks for applying for the Virtual Assistant — Ecommerce Customer Support role at Space Print. This assessment has 5 short tests:

1. Email Etiquette — 10 multiple-choice questions, 12 mins
2. Customer Service Scenarios — 10 multiple-choice questions, 15 mins
3. Written Email Responses — 3 typed email responses, 18 mins
4. Spoken Intro & Customer Scenario — 1 short audio recording, 3 mins
5. Personality Profile — 40 quick questions, 7 mins

Total time: ~55 minutes. Each test has its own timer. Once a test starts, the timer can't be paused — please make sure you're somewhere quiet first, and that your microphone works.

There are no right or wrong answers in the Personality Profile — just answer honestly.

Please note: The Written Email Responses test must be written in your own words. AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) are not permitted. Pasting is disabled, and we log tab switches and time spent per response to detect AI use. Don't worry about being perfect — we want to see how you actually write.
